This page explains what happens when you enquire about StayThread through this website.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, business, email address, approximate number of properties, current software (optional) and main operational challenge. These details help us respond and decide whether a demonstration or pilot discussion would be useful. You can choose to email us directly instead.
How the form works
When you submit the form, its contents are sent to FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards the enquiry to shelley@getstaythread.com. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. Your sent enquiry is also held in our business email. We use it to reply and manage our conversation with you. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you enquire, and we do not sell your details.
Website services
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and loads its Manrope font from Google Fonts. These services may process technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address and browser request. The page has no analytics or advertising scripts in its code.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held by StayThread by writing to shelley@getstaythread.com. We may retain correspondence where needed for ongoing discussions or business records.
